  • Applicants with diplomatic immunity: On referral
  • Trusts & executors: Funding available depending on structure

Applications can be accepted for companies meeting the following criteria:

  • Company applications are for non-regulated bridging loans
  • Registered limited companies including SPVs are accepted
  • Available for UK property using offshore companies such as BVI companies

Personal guarantees may be required for directors and shareholders. This will usually be subject to the company having a maximum of 4 qualifying directors and shareholders.
